About the Client 

One of our top emerging clients is launching a high-growth staffing agency focused on placing professionals in school-based and healthcare settings. They’ve already landed large contracts and are looking for a key player who can help grow the business by owning both the client side (account management) and candidate side (recruiting). 

 

Your Role 

As an Account Manager / Recruiter, you’ll drive growth from both ends—closing new clients and filling their roles with top talent. This dual role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves both sales and recruiting. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing 

🔹 Account Management (Sales-Focused) 

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities in healthcare and education staffing 
  • Build long-term relationships as the go-to contact for clients 
  • Craft proposals, negotiate deals, and close to hit revenue targets 
  • Stay on top of market trends and client needs 
  • Keep CRM and pipeline data organized and up to date 

🔹 Recruiting (Talent-Focused) 

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking 
  • Screen for skill, fit, and alignment with client needs 
  • Manage the full hiring cycle from posting to placement 
  • Build a talent pipeline for current and future jobs 
  • Support onboarding for a seamless handoff 

 

What You Bring 

  • 3+ years in sales, account management, or full-desk recruiting 
  • Experience in staffing (especially healthcare or education) is a plus 
  • A proven track record of hitting revenue and placement goals 
  • Passion for startups, building things, and making an impact 
  • Grit. You don’t fold under pressure—you rise to the challenge 
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through 
  • Entrepreneurial drive—you see opportunities where others don’t 
  • Must live within 70 miles of Phoenix, AZ for in-person training
