One of our top clients — a growing signage and large-format graphics company — is hiring a Sign & Graphics Installer in New Orleans. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and taking pride in precision installations.

From wall graphics to vehicle wraps, you’ll help bring creative projects to life — on-site and in the field.

Position Overview

As a Sign & Graphics Installer, you’ll be responsible for installing non-electrical signage across a variety of environments. You’ll use lifts, hand tools, and your keen eye for alignment and measurements to ensure high-quality, professional installs that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install various types of signage including wall graphics, vinyl lettering, dimensional letters, banners, exterior signs, and vehicle graphics.

• Follow detailed work orders and project instructions for accurate installs.

• Operate bucket trucks, scissor lifts, and other aerial lift equipment.

• Perform basic construction tasks: post-hole digging, setting posts, painting, mounting signage.

• Maintain installation tools, supplies, and company vehicle.

• Ensure site cleanliness and uphold safety standards at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience installing signs or similar products (will consider candidates with strong transferable skills and work ethic).

• Carpentry or construction background a plus.

• Experience with vehicle graphics or vinyl installs preferred.

• Familiarity with tools and equipment related to signage installation.

• Must be comfortable working at heights and on ladders/lifts.

• Strong spatial awareness and eye for clean, accurate placement.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year driving record.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly.

• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions.

• Excellent attention to detail and measurement accuracy.

• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt on the fly.
