One of our top clients — a leader in large-format printing and graphics — is seeking a Vinyl Wrap Installer to join their team in Baton Rouge. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has an eye for detail, and doesn’t mind being on the move — indoors and outdoors, on-site and off-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Install vinyl wraps, decals, and lettering on vehicles of all types (cars, trucks, fleets, trailers).

• Apply large-format vinyl graphics to windows, walls, buildings, and other surfaces.

• Travel to and from job sites in a company vehicle (valid driver’s license required).

• Maintain clean and organized workspaces — both on-site and in-house.

• Follow installation guidelines, safety procedures, and client specifications.

• Support team members and collaborate to complete projects on time.

• Assist with other production tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience installing vinyl graphics or vehicle wraps preferred.

• Experience with 3M, Avery, or Oracal materials is a plus.

• Certification (3M, Avery, etc.) is a bonus but not required.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Willingness to learn and take initiative — no wrap experience required.

• Physical ability to lift 60+ lbs, bend, stretch, and climb ladders as needed.

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.

• Strong time management, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to follow directions and work independently without constant supervision.

• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if needed.

• Must pass a background check and drug screen if required.
