One of our top clients — a leader in custom signage and large-format graphics — is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Large Format Install Coordinator to join their Grand Format division in Phoenix. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves juggling multiple priorities while keeping projects on track.


Position Overview

As the Install Coordinator, you’ll serve as the central hub for coordinating large format signage installations. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and field installers to manage scheduling, logistics, materials, and communication to ensure each project is executed on time and to the highest standard.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate installation schedules with Project Managers, Production, clients, and installers.

  • Assign installers to jobs based on scope and availability; manage and maintain an internal Google install calendar.

  • Provide installers with all necessary materials, mockups, equipment, and detailed instructions.

  • Estimate labor and material costs for the Sales and Project Management teams.

  • Conduct quality inspections and post-install follow-ups with clients.

  • Identify potential problems early and implement proactive solutions.

  • Expand and maintain a reliable network of freelance and contract installers.

  • Develop and enforce clear installation policies and SOPs.

  • Monitor and optimize install margins through efficient planning and execution.

  • Track and log completed job metrics (labor, time, mileage, square footage) for accounting.

  • Keep detailed records of all installations, including photos, costs, and job notes.

  • Coordinate equipment rentals and purchase installation hardware as needed.

  • Conduct site surveys when required.


Requirements

  • Working knowledge of printing and signage industry terms and materials.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to shift priorities quickly.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • High attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay cool under pressure.

  • Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Comfortable working occasional after-hours to meet project deadlines.
