Position Overview

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll play a critical role in delivering customer orders safely and on time. You’ll navigate routes across Phoenix and other cities in Arizona, represent the company with professionalism, and ensure customer satisfaction at every stop.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company van or box truck to deliver orders throughout Phoenix and cities such as Tucson and Yuma.

• Load and unload packages using hand trucks and electric lifts.

• Verify delivery contents against manifests or order records.

• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using GPS and local road maps.

• Represent the company with exceptional customer service at each delivery.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

• Maintain compliance with traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance including inspections, fueling, and cleaning.

• Keep accurate delivery records and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in local delivery driving.

• Strong familiarity with Phoenix-area roads and GPS navigation.

• Skilled in operating hand trucks and electric lifts.

• Excellent time management and route planning skills.

• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor.

• Physically capable of lifting and transporting packages of various sizes.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
